Full-time, benefit-eligible employees are immediately eligible for the tuition fee waiver. The spouse and any dependent children of a full-time employee are eligible after the employee has completed three continuous years of full-time employment.

Part-time employees who have an appointment of at least .50 FTE and at least nine months duration are eligible for one-half of the tuition fee waiver after five continuous years of part-time employment. The spouse and any dependent children of a part-time employee are eligible after the employee has completed ten years of continuous part-time employment. The University Policy Library provides additional eligibility details.
