Recent Phishing Scams
Over the last two weeks, there have been numerous phishing attempts circulating targeting Miami faculty, students, and staff. These scams include:
- Scam Targeting Miami Entity Accounts
- Email Phishing Message Urges Users to Send Password
- Scam Promoting Internship Opportunities

MU-Gaming Wi-Fi Option Going Away May 23
As part of an initiative to improve the overall security, features, and performance of the Miami Wi-Fi infrastructure, IT Services will be removing the MU-Gaming option from the Miami Wi-Fi environment on Friday, May 23.
Users of this Wi-Fi service will need to use the MiamiOH-MyDevices network at that point. For additional information about registering to and using MiamiOH-MyDevices, please visit MiamiOH.edu/wifi.
