IT Help update: ITHelp email no longer supported after March 16
After March 16, 2026, emailing ITHelp@MiamiOH.edu will no longer be a viable support channel for Miami clients due to constraints of new technology being adopted by our help desk partner.
Although email has not been an advertised support channel for Miami for several years, some members of the Miami community still utilize email to request technology assistance (though this represents barely more than 10 percent of our support requests). After this date, unfortunately, emailing support at ITHelp@MiamiOH.edu will no longer work.
