Happy Fourth of July, fellow Miamians! We hope you had a restful holiday and spent the time celebrating with family and friends (in the air conditioning!).
RedHawk Alerts, powered by Rave, now live for all Miami students, faculty, and staff
After last week’s testing, we are now live with RedHawk Alerts, powered by Rave! There is no break in service with our previous alerting platform.
As a reminder: Messages may be used for situations that pose an immediate danger or the closing of an entire campus. Messages about Safety Bulletins generally will not be sent unless it is decided there is an imminent threat of danger.

New this year: Changes coming to IT Help
Over the course of the summer, IT Services will be making some changes to IT Help to improve the experience for all members of the Miami community. We put together a list of what’s changing (and what’s not changing).
