The Office of the Dean of Students can help explain the various resources, options, and help you navigate through the process to make these support measures accessible to you. Miami University is committed to maintaining a healthy and safe learning, living, and working environment and to creating an environment that promotes responsibility, dignity, and respect. Our Title IX/Sexual Misconduct Protocol describes how the University responds to reports and provides information regarding options, resources, and services. A university process does not replace a criminal/police process. The police may be involved and may need to release a safety bulletin; however, your identity will be kept private if there is a bulletin.
The Protocol is available online.
Please feel free to reach out directly by phone, email, or in-person if you would like to access Miami University resources, services, or support.
Sincerely,
Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students
