Use Guidelines
Renter Responsibilities
The renter is responsible for the following:
- Obtaining chairs, lectern, extension cords, etc.
- Setup and removal of all equipment.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited:
- Tents, canopies, or stakes.
- Vehicles or bikes on the grass.
- Alcohol.
- Food.
- Pets.
Cancellations
To cancel, call 513-529-8012.
All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund.
If there is inclement weather, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund (weekend reservations must be canceled the Friday prior, before 2 p.m.).
