Danielle Roe
Position: Head Coach
Danielle Roe joins Miami University - Hamilton with over a decade of coaching experience and a standout playing Career at the high school, junior college, and NCAA DII levels. She began her head coaching journey in 2016 at Harvest Prep. revitalizing the program before joining Sinclair College (NJCAA) as Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator helping lead the team to a historic 28-6 season and an NJCAA DII Elite 8 appearance. She later guided Springfield Catholic Central to a league title and 25 wins over two seasons.
Danielle also served for five years as Program Director for a grassroots youth basketball organization, helping girls across Ohio grow as athletes and leaders.
A Springfield South alum and 1,000-point scorer in both high school and college, Danielle is one of the few to win conference titles at Sinclair as both player and coach. She holds a B.S. in Communication Arts from Kentucky Wesleyan College and has spent 12 years as an entrepreneur in sales, marketing, and real estate. She has been an advocate for ACL reduction and maximizing peak performance.
Danielle resides in Springfield, OH, and is the owner of Coach Roe Consulting LLC, where she helps others create championship experiences in life and leadership through sports and business.

Sean Korsnak
Position: Associate Head Coach
Coach Korsnak enters his seventh season with the Harriers coaching staff, where he will serve as the program's Associate Head Coach. Coach Korsnak comes in with a lot of experience. He has been the President and Coach of Cincinnati Firestorm for 7 years. JV Head Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Reading High School for 9 years. And also was Freshman Head Coach, JV Head coach, and Assistant Varsity at Lakota East High School for 5 years.
Dr. Bernard Caldwell
Position: Assistant Coach
Assistant Basketball Coach, Dr. Bernard "Coach B" Caldwell, has been coaching basketball for 30+ years. Dr. Coach B brings experience from AAU, high school, and college basketball on both the men's and women's sides. In his second season returning to the Miami University Harrier program, Dr. Coach B is primarily responsible for recruiting, gameday stats, and strength training. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton, Purdue University Global, and Union Institute & University with a B.A. in Communication, and M.A. in Teaching, and a Ph. D. in Philosophy respectively. Along with coaching, Dr. Coach B is a full-time Visiting Assistant Professor at Miami University's Oxford and Hamilton campuses.
