SOAR (Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration) is the new student orientation program at Miami Regionals. Accepted students are sent information that directs them to visit the "Regional Student Checklist" by logging into their myMiami account to register for any applicable assessments and their SOAR program. You must know your UniqueID and password to login to myMiami.

All of our orientations, whether taken online or in-person, have an orientation fee of $40 to cover the costs of staffing, supplies, and software. The fee for attending SOAR is added directly to your bill.

Depending on what type of new student you are, you may have a slightly different orientation experience. Click on the options below to learn more.
