The Workday Student Project Continues
The Workday implementation team remains actively engaged in testing and finalizing configurations as we prepare for multiple go-lives during the upcoming academic year. As new Workday Student functionality continues to be introduced, there are several opportunities for the university community to stay informed and engaged.
Workday Student Demos
Two demos – Courses and Course Sections & Advising Tools – are now available in Workday Learning. Additional demos will be released throughout the coming year, with the next topic, Student Support Tools, scheduled for release on May 13. Each demo is paired with an Ask the Expert session hosted a few weeks after release, providing an opportunity for participants to ask questions and hear directly from subject matter experts.
Journey Maps
Journey maps are available on the Workday info website to help illustrate when and how key groups will be impacted by Miami’s transition to Workday Student. These resources are designed to set expectations and support readiness across campus.
