Miami is creating an online degree in Organizational Leadership, designed to capitalize on Miami’s strength in the traditional liberal arts and to explore new delivery methods crucial to success in today’s higher education marketplace.
The online Organizational Leadership major will tap into a proven market in higher education while providing an opportunity to explore the field of online higher education, where our presence currently is limited.
The new degree program also will expand Miami’s reach by targeting non-traditional learners, including adult learners seeking career advancement, and by aggressively tapping into high-demand markets beyond the midwest.
Student success will be ensured through a mixture of coursework and experiential learning.
