Private Group Fitness: On-Demand Options

Looking for a customized wellness experience for your organization? Our Private Group Fitness sessions provide on-demand options tailored to your group or organization’s needs. These sessions are ideal for Intercollegiate Athletic teams, Sororities and Fraternities, Residence Halls, Club Sports, and both student and non-student organizations.

We offer a wide variety of fitness formats—including group yoga, Spinning®, Zumba®, Pilates, and circuit training—in multiple campus locations. Whether you're seeking a one-time event or ongoing sessions, our certified instructors can create a unique and engaging experience that fits your goals and schedule.

Recreational Sports Center

Cost per Hour: $50 Everyone

Offerings Include:

Maximum Participation: 40

North Quad and Clawson Fitness Centers

Cost per Hour: $50 Everyone

Offerings Include:

  • Zumba®
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Circuit Training
  • Toning/Strength Training
  • SilverSneakers®

North Quad Maximum Participation: 20

Clawson Maximum Participation: 30

Chestnut Functional Fitness (131 West Chestnut Street)

Cost per Hour: $50 Everyone

Offerings Include: 

  • Zumba®
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Circuit Training
  • Toning/Strength Training
  • Functional Fitness/Crossfit Style
  • SilverSneakers®

Maximum Participation: 16

Non-Recreation Center Locations

(*all other locations must be chosen and booked by the organization, we are not responsible for ensuring space outside of the Recreation Center facilities. Examples include: Residence Halls, outside venues, Armstrong, etc... that can be booked on 25Live for students.)

Offerings Include:

Additional Information:

  • Allow up to two weeks for requests to be processed
  • Appropriate exercise attire, including closed-toe shoes, is required (exception: group yoga and Pilates)
  • Payment is due prior to the start of your scheduled class
  • Payment plans can be negotiated for groups booking more than one class
