The Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR) is a vibrant and intellectually stimulating educational program designed for lifelong learners. Established with a commitment to providing engaging educational experiences for retirees, ILR offers a diverse range of courses, lectures, and special events that cater to the unique interests and passions of its members.
This is Our Moment
On Thursday, August 20, Miamians everywhere will come together for #MoveInMiami, our annual day of giving.
In light of our upcoming 30th anniversary, ILR wants to make this #MoveInMiami our greatest yet–and our goal is simple: We are asking for 40 individual donors to join our campaign. No donation is too small; can we count on you to help us meet our goal?
This year's #MoveInMiami will be held on August 20, but there is no need to wait until then. Will you help us kickstart our goal by making your donation ahead of time? From now until the end of August 20, you have the ability to help us meet our #MoveinMiami goal.

Volunteer Help Needed
There are many ways to volunteer for ILR! You could serve on the Board and/or committees (Curriculum, Special Events, Publicity, Instructor Support Team), help promote ILR, proofread and distribute materials, or assist instructors. Complete a volunteer form today to level up your ILR involvement!

The Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR) at Miami University provides opportunities to explore, develop, and share knowledge and skills in a wide variety of topics. Courses taught by volunteer instructors, complemented by a variety of special events, enable participants to broaden their horizons and engage with other lifelong learners.
