Blood Pressure Screenings

Miami University offers blood pressure screenings for employees on all campuses throughout the fall and spring semesters. This program is not designed to diagnose categories of blood pressure and does not replace visits to your primary care physician. You are advised to follow up with your physician if you have any questions.

Stress Less Chair and BP Check

Chronic stress can lead to high blood pressure. Enjoy a stress less break in your work day with a 10-min chair massage session followed by a quick and confidential blood pressure check. Massages provided by TriHealth massage therapist and BP checks by trained student interns.

Register for a massage appointment in your Healthy Miami account or by emailing healthandwellbeing@miamioh.edu.
