Tech Support Lounge now offers loaner program for students
New this year, Miami is partnering with iResQ, a computer repair and support company, to provide additional services to the Tech Support Lounge catalog. These include:
- A subscription loaner program
- Non-subscription loaners
- Out-of-warranty computer repairs

New phishing attempt: Your password is expiring
The Information Security Office would like to caution the Miami community about a new phishing attempt that is now taking place in some Miami inboxes.
Some users have received an email stating that their password is about to expire. The email appears to urge recipients to react quickly so that they don’t lose access to any accounts.
