Google is adding Gemini integration into Google Apps
Google is integrating Gemini into Google Docs, Slides, and Forms for Miami faculty and staff. This change will take effect very soon, and in fact, some users may already have access to these tools.

Security notice: Update Duo Mobile by March 31, 2026
Due to new internet security activities affecting Duo Security, Miami’s multi-factor authentication partner, older versions of the Duo Mobile app will no longer send push notifications starting March 31, 2026.
Folks who are impacted by this change will be contacted directly by IT Services. For more information, read our news announcement.
