Reminder: ITHelp email no longer supported after March 16
After TODAY, March 16, 2026, emailing ITHelp@MiamiOH.edu will no longer be a viable support channel for Miami clients due to constraints of new technology being adopted by our help desk partner.
Although email has not been an advertised support channel for Miami for several years, some members of the Miami community still utilize email to request technology assistance (though this represents barely more than 10 percent of our support requests). After this date, unfortunately, emailing support at ITHelp@MiamiOH.edu will no longer work.

Third Miami AI Symposium scheduled for April 15-16
Following on the heels of what was a tremendously successful second edition last spring, a third Artificial Intelligence (AI) summit at Miami is set to take place on April 15-16, 2026, in the Armstrong Student Center on the Oxford campus.
Plans for the symposium, titled AI in Action, are still being finalized, but it will be an engaging, action-packed couple of days.
