No. Mega Fair is designed for students to come and go throughout the event and connect with as many organizations as they would like. No advance registration is required.

Is Mega Fair only for first-year students?

What should I wear?

Mega Fair takes place outdoors at the end of summer. Dress comfortably and wear shoes that are suitable for walking around the event.

How many organizations should I talk to?

There is no right number. We encourage you to explore several organizations and focus on finding groups that align with your Big 3.

Absolutely. Many students attend Mega Fair without knowing anyone. Start by visiting a table that matches one of your interests and strike up a conversation. Student leaders are excited to meet you and answer your questions.

What if I don't know anyone?

That is completely okay. Thousands of students attend Mega Fair each year, many of whom are looking to make new connections. It is a great opportunity to meet people who share your interests.

Yes. Mega Fair is free for all students.

How do I follow up after Mega Fair?

Add your name to organization interest forms, follow organizations on social media, and attend a meeting or event soon after Mega Fair. Getting involved early is one of the best ways to build connections and find your place at Miami.
