Cam graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business in 2024 with a degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management and a minor in Business Analytics. Shortly after graduation, he joined Starbucks’ Global Supply Chain organization as a Replenishment Planner. In his role, Cam manages inventory for stores across the U.S. and Canada, supports forecasting, and owns product launch execution for seasonal promotions, ensuring products are available where and when customers need them.
He initially managed the packaged food category across 11,000 company-operated stores, overseeing 60 SKUs. Since then, he has grown to lead the replenishment process for the U.S. and Canada gift card portfolio, with up to 100 SKUs driving 27 million activations and $475 million in annual value. He also manages Starbucks’ entire Canada food portfolio, representing $385 million in annual revenue across 1,000 stores and 90 SKUs spanning bakery, breakfast, and lunch offerings.
