Evan Meyers is the Founder of 44 Solutions and a Senior M&A Associate and Communications Lead at Oxford Strategic Legal Advisors. He works closely with law firm leaders on growth strategy, lateral talent, mergers and combinations, market expansion, and other issues shaping the business of law.
Evan began his career in legal recruiting before moving into law firm strategy and M&A, giving him experience across both the talent and business sides of the legal industry.
At Oxford, Evan works on engagements with Am Law firms involving strategic combinations, financial and market analysis, partner growth, profitability, and long-term positioning. He also leads Oxford’s communications, branding, and public relations efforts, helping shape how the firm and its work are positioned in the legal market.
Through 44 Solutions, Evan works with leading law firms and attorneys on select recruiting and strategic opportunities.
He earned his degree in Human Capital Management and Leadership from Miami University, Farmer School of Business, and is based in Chicago.
