Naaz Sohi is a Miami University alumna who believes careers are built by staying curious, taking risks, and saying yes to opportunities. She graduated from Miami in May 2024 with a degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
While building her career, she has intentionally pursued cross-functional experiences to understand how different parts of an organization work together. Her experience spans logistics, operations, global sourcing, manufacturing, procurement, and supply/demand planning, including Stanley Black & Decker’s Global Supply Chain Leadership Program. Today, she is a Sourcing Lead for Electronic Components, working with suppliers and cross-functional teams to shape sourcing strategies and help grow iconic brands including DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, and STANLEY.
Outside of work, Naaz channels her curiosity into her love of fashion, travel, and discovering new perspectives. She is excited to share her journey and the lessons she has learned with fellow Miamians.
