Jeffrey Kadlic is President and Chief Operating Officer of Wellspring Family Office, a multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth families through integrated wealth planning, investment management, tax strategy, trust services, be well services, and family governance services. He leads the firm’s operational strategy, P&L, capital allocation, and client experience initiatives, helping families simplify complex financial lives and preserve wealth across generations.
Jeffrey is also the Founding Partner of Evolution Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on scaling entrepreneurial small businesses nationwide. Since 2005, Evolution has invested in over twenty platform companies and completed dozens of add-on acquisitions. He co-created Evolution Pro℠, a proprietary framework for organizational transformation that converts operational challenges into engines of profitable growth.
Jeffrey serves as Chairman of the Institute for Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at Miami University and has received numerous recognitions, including the ACG Deal Maker Award, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Companies, and Crain’s Cleveland Business 40 Under 40. He holds a BS in Business and Finance from Miami University and a Master of Management Studies from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
