Kate Coppinger is a 2023 graduate of Miami University's Farmer School of Business and is based in Chicago, Illinois, where she serves as an Operations Consultant at Lockton, one of the world's largest privately held insurance brokerage and consulting firms. Kate began her career on the client-facing side of the business, supporting Property & Casualty insurance clients and gaining firsthand experience in risk management and client service. She later transitioned into an internal operations consulting role, where she now leads strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, technology adoption, and operational excellence. Working at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and technology, Kate partners with leaders across multiple business units to solve complex challenges, improve the client experience, and drive organizational growth in Lockton's Midwest region.
