Leah graduated from Miami University in 2023 with a Master of Accountancy and B.S. in Business (Accounting major, Information Security minor).
After graduation, Leah pursued and obtained her CPA license before starting full-time as a Deals Associate in Chicago. As a Deals Associate, and later Deals Senior Associate, she performed buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence over financial services companies, including asset management, lending, and insurance companies by analyzing the quality of earnings, net working capital, financial indebtedness, and other financial metrics. She also participated in two audit busy season rotations. After nearly three years in public accounting, Leah joined a private credit firm where she performs financial and credit analysis to support portfolio management and the underwriting of new deals.
In her free time, Leah enjoys exploring new places, trying new restaurants, being active, and spending time with friends and family.
