Melissa has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business strategy, with a strong focus on driving business growth through technology. For the past 10 years, Melissa has worked at Salesforce as a Principal Marketing Solution Engineer, helping businesses of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with technology solutions. 

Previously, Melissa spent many years as a Marketing and Technology Consultant for some of Cincinnati's largest companies focused on supporting digital marketing efforts. 

Melissa earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University and her MBA from Miami University. 

Melissa and her husband, Doug, live in Cincinnati along with their two adult children.
