Steven graduated from Miami University in May 2021 with a bachelor's degree in supply chain and Operations Management from the Farmer School of Business. He completed two internships in 2019 and 2020 with The J.M. Smucker Company and DHL Supply Chain, respectively. In 2021, Steven began his career in an operations role at a technology-focused, multi-customer site managing multiple shifts. In 2023, he transitioned to DHL’s Operations Excellence CoE team at the North American headquarters in Columbus, OH, where he supported the standardization of programs, reporting, and risk management across sites in North America. He currently serves as a Sr. Digitalization Analyst, focused on process automation and AI initiatives.
Steven continues to grow and develop in his career, with a strong interest in digitalization, risk management, and emerging technologies.
