Steve is the founder and principal of Pinnacle Associates, a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm he established in 1994.
With nearly four decades of experience, Reynolds specializes in the valuation of income-producing properties across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use portfolios, as well as complex special-use assets. He holds the MAI and CCIM designations and is a Certified General Appraiser in Ohio. Reynolds has also served extensively in public service, including 14 years on the Grandview Heights City Council, where he played a key role in major redevelopment initiatives and economic incentive structuring.
In addition to his professional practice, Reynolds is active in academia as an adjunct instructor and guest lecturer at multiple Ohio universities and is a published author in The Appraisal Journal. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a Professional MBA with a focus on artificial intelligence.
