The degrees and concentrations that we offer are:

Bachelor's completion** degrees

(B.S.) Bachelor of Science in Applied Science: 

Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology (ECET)*
Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology (EMET)*
Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET)*
Robotics Engineering Technology*


Associate degrees

(A.A.S.) Associate in Applied Science:

Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology (ECET)*
Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET)*

After a student receives an Associate Degree, he/she can apply for a bachelor's degree. Our department offers three concentrations for Bachelor's Degrees. If you receive your Associate Degree in one concentration, you do not have to pursue that concentration in your Bachelor's Degree, and you may be able to choose and pursue any of our three concentrations that you wish.

** What does "completion" mean in our Bachelor's completion degrees"?

It means that before a student starts a bachelor's degree at Miami University, he/she will need to have completed an associate degree (either at Miami University or somewhere else). After a student receives an associate degree it typically takes about two years to complete the bachelor's degree.
