The Department of Engineering Technology offers the following scholarships to its students:
Engineering Technology students can apply for the Armin J. Fleck Engineering Technology Scholarship to support one or more students in the Engineering Technology Department at Miami University, who are nominated by the Department of Engineering Technology and provided to the Financial Aid Coordinator at Miami's Regional Campuses.
$500 (can be received once per semester, for up to 2 semesters)

This Scholarship shall be awarded to incoming students majoring in the Department of Engineering Technology at Miami Regionals. Students must demonstrate academic merit and financial need.
The Scholarship will be awarded at $3,000/year per student and can be renewable for up to three additional years (for incoming first-year students) or one additional year (for incoming transfer students) based on satisfactory academic progress. Funds may be used to purchase textbooks.
Miami's International Student Scholarship program provides renewable merit-based scholarships for outstanding international applicants.
The Ridge Scholarship shall be awarded to one or more undergraduate students demonstrating academic merit. Preference shall be given towards students from Middletown, Ohio pursuing a degree in Engineering Technology, having a GPA of 3.0 or greater (or its equivalent) and having participated in the high school to college engineering technology program.
Scholarships range from $500 - $1,000
The Karen Memorial Scholarship is merit based. Students are nominated by ENT faculty and recipients are determined by a committee of ENT faculty.

The scholarship can be used to pursue one or more degrees ranging from the associate level through the bachelor’s level to the graduate level.
Up to $5,000/year for Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees and up to $9,000/year for Master’s degrees.
The Provost's Student Academic Achievement Award (PSAAA) is given annually to students who have achieved an outstanding record of academic excellence. The selection committee reviews nominations and awards selected students with scholarship and certificate of recognition.

Regional Campus scholarship awards are made possible through the generous support of donors to Miami University. Awards are made through the Regional Office of Financial Aid and are based on merit and donor criteria. These scholarships include:

The awardees are selected by the votes of the ENT faculty based on students academic achievements and leadership.
