CliftonStrengths at Miami
Miami Strengths Project
Components of being a leader are understanding your values, how you communicate, how you work with others, your passions, strengths, and areas of growth. The Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment helps you identify your talents and build them into strengths.
This assessment has helped more than 36 million people around the world discover their talents.
After you take the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment, you'll receive a customized report that lists your top five talent themes, ways to grow your strengths, and suggestions for how you can use your talents to achieve academic, career, and personal success.
