Biography

Vic Clesceri is an executive educator and organizational development practitioner with more than thirty-three years of experience across corporate, consulting, and academic settings. He teaches leadership, organizational behavior, sales, and customer engagement, bringing a highly applied, real-world perspective into the classroom.

In addition to his teaching role, Vic is the Founder and Chief Sherpa of The Management Sherpa, a leadership and organizational development consulting firm serving for-profit, nonprofit, and public-sector organizations. His work focuses on leadership development, talent strategy, coaching cultures, trust, and sustainable performance.

Vic holds an MBA from Webster University, a master’s degree in education from Central Michigan University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton. He is known for blending rigor, empathy, and practical insight to develop capable, values-driven leaders.
