Biography
Dr. Morrison is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida in 2023. Her research focuses on speaking up behaviors in the workplace, or âvoiceâ, and is interested in these behaviors in team settings, specifically. Her work has been published at the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Journal of Vocational Behavior and has been presented at the Academy of Management conference. At Miami University, she teaches Introduction to Management and Leadership.
