Biography
My name is Dr. Mary Jo Odom-Dull. I hold a Ph.D. in Training and Performance Improvement with a specialization in Globalization, and I have obtained several postdoctoral certifications in Professional Program Development and Grant Communication, Business Strategies, Organizational Analysis, Ethical Leadership in a Changing World, Exercising Leadership Foundations and Principles, Understanding Economic Development, Counseling, and Global Studies.
Master's degree in Education, Graduate Certifications in Leadership, Human Resource Management, Diversity Studies, and Biblical Counseling, as well as a BSBA in Business Management and a BSBA in Human Resource Management, are just a few of my educational accomplishments. Additionally, I hold certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean/DFSS Belt, as well as a certification in Children's story writing. I also possess over 23 certifications from the Department of Justice related to victims of violence, trafficking, and abuse.
I have been a Chairman of the Board for several organizations' Boards of Directors. I have been recognized and awarded as an International Woman in Leadership and for several other awards. I have an extensive background in Business, Globalization, Diversity Studies, Quality Improvement, Operations Management, Leadership Development, Coaching, Training, Human Resource Management, and Performance Improvement.
