Biography
Peter A. Salzarulo is a Professor of Supply Chain and Operations Management at the Farmer School of Business, Miami University. He holds an M.B.A. in Decision Support Modeling and a Ph.D. in Operations Management and Decision Sciences from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. His research focuses on simulation-based optimization, scheduling, and healthcare operations. His research has appeared in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research, Computers and OR, and the International Journal of Production Research, among other outlets. Prior to his academic career, he worked several years as a field service engineer in the pulp and paper industry for Alfa Laval Celleco.
