Biography
Joy Usner is an Associate Director for Academic Recruitment and Outreach in the Office of Admission. In this role she works specifically with students applying to the Farmer School of Business.
She has previously served as an Academic Advisor in the Farmer School of Business, assisting undergraduate business students with major and career exploration, course selection and registration, and academic planning. She has also instructed several sections of BUS 106: Farmer School of Business Success Strategies, and supported FSB study abroad programs to Europe and Asia.
Joy is a graduate of Miami University, having completed her Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Studies (Western College Program) and graduate certificates in Interactive Media Studies and Education Assessment and Evaluation. She also completed a Master of Education from Loyola University Chicago in Higher Education Student Affairs.
