Celebrating Miami's top 50 alumni-led companies of 2026, showcasing high-growth business leaders across industries.
The RedHawk50 identifies, recognizes, and celebrates the 50 fastest-growing Miami-owned or Miami-led businesses in the world. RedHawk50 not only celebrates their success, but it also provides a forum to recognize and celebrate the Miami University graduates and former students that founded, own, and/or lead those businesses each year and serve as a vehicle for them to pass lessons learned to the next generation of Miami entrepreneurs.
To be nominated, organizations must meet specific criteria regarding Miami alumni or former student involvement, such as founding, majority ownership, or serving in senior leadership roles such as CEO or president. Rankings are determined by compound annual growth rate over a multi-year evaluation period.
We are pleased to announce the newest class of RedHawk50 honorees. The top 5 honorees of 2026 are:
- GoodShip, co-founded by 2008 Farmer School of Business alum Ryan Soskin, is a Bellevue, WA-based company that provides an all-in-one freight orchestration, analytics, and transportation procurement platform built for shippers, carriers, and brokers.
- Remove Vans LLC, co-founded by 1999 Farmer School of Business alum Tony Alexander, is a Cincinnati-based manufacturer of premium, expedition-grade RVs and adventure vans.
- Soundtrace, founded by 2011 College of Arts and Sciences alum Jeff Wilson and co-founder Matt Reinhold, 2011 FSB accountancy alum, is an AI-driven, all-in-one hearing conservation platform designed to modernize and streamline how employers manage occupational hearing health and compliance with OSHA standards.
- RV Mobile Power LLC, led by 1999 College of Arts and Sciences alum and CEO/founder Jimmy Conroy and president and chief revenue officer Brian Carmichael, a 1999 FSB alum, is a company that designs, engineers, and manufactures power systems, solar options, and temperature-controlled appliances for the RV, trailer, and off-grid lifestyle markets.
- Total Deployment Solutions, founded by 1976 College of Creative Arts student Jim Dooling, is a nationwide information technology services provider that specializes in managing IT change events, physical technology assets, and infrastructure lifecycles.
