Raval Receives Internationalization Award
The Excellence in Internationalization Award recognizes exemplary leadership in driving internationalization between CHRIST University and Miami.

Earlier this month, the Excellence in Internationalization Award 2023 was presented to Miami professor Vaishali Raval (Psychology) by CHRIST University, India. The award was presented during the dinner reception for the international delegates to the 5th International Conference on Counselling, Psychotherapy and Wellness.
Raval was recognized for her exemplary leadership in driving internationalization between CHRIST University and Miami. Among criteria that distinguishes recipients of this award are evidence of sustained commitment to internationalization spanning five years or more; diversification and extension of the collaboration beyond one department and unit to several departments and units in the University; and facilitating collaboration activities leading to joint research projects.
Miami and CHRIST University have had an active partnership since 2016.
The award ceremony included the reading of the citation, the presentation of the award and a brief response by Dr. Raval.
