Farmer School senior receives AWESOME scholarship for supply chain management
A Farmer School of Business student has received the AWESOME Excellence in Education Scholarship for 2025.
Kaylin Knapp, a senior supply chain operations and management major, is one of 20 women to receive the scholarship this year. AWESOME is a leadership community dedicated to achieving women’s excellence in supply chain operations, management, and education by bringing together the senior women leaders in the industry to connect, learn, collaborate, recognize, and inspire one another.
The award was created in 2013 to provide women enrolled in a full-time supply chain degree program with the opportunity to attend the AWESOME Symposium and the CSCMP EDGE Conference.
“I am thrilled for this opportunity, not only for the financial relief it provides but the experiences that come along with it. Being part of a group that has been constructed with the top students in supply chain is such an honor,” Knapp said. “I am beyond excited to see what we can do together to impact the future in this area!”
“This award reflects Kaylin's hard work and achievements so far, as well as her potential to lead change in the industry as a young professional,” Center for Supply Chain Excellence director Monique Murfield said.
