Pay Periods and Pay Schedules
Vast majority of Miami unclassified faculty and staff employees are paid monthly on the last business day of the month.
Classified employees, undergraduate and graduate students are compensated biweekly.
Schedules below are available for review of the Pay Period dates and Pay dates for 2025 and 2026.
In order to process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner, supporting documentation must be submitted to Human Resources or the Office of Academic Personnel before a certain due date. Please review a schedule of supporting documentation due dates for 2025 and 2026.
