Art & Design Day 2025
All prospective art students interested in Studio Art, Art Education, Art & Architecture History, Communication Design, and Fashion are encouraged to attend.

- Time: 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Note: Five scholarships will be awarded on Dec. 10 and attendees are eligible. (More information to come when you RSVP.)
What can prospective students gain from attending Art and Design Day?
During this in-depth exploration of the art and design programs, prospective students can:
- Talk to faculty and current students about opportunities in Studio Art, Art Education, Art & Architecture History, Communication Design, and Fashion.
- Get advice on developing a competitive visual arts portfolio.
- Learn about Miami's arts and design-related internships and opportunities.
Additional Information
All students will first drop artwork off in the Lobby Gallery (enter the front doors) of the Art Building (for the art showcase and a chance to win scholarship money), and then head to Hiestand Galleries for introductions.
