Tuition and Fees

Academic Year 2025-2026 Workshop Tuition

Tuition rates are based on 1) residency status of the student 2) number of registered credit hours 3) course level 4) course type.

Note: Miami’s Tuition Promise rate only applies to semester-long programs. It does not apply to other education abroad/away, non-travel, or online workshops.

Tuition may not post immediately to your account. Fees are assessed following Bursar billing dates. If you are receiving financial aid, those funds will not post until 10 days before the term your program is scheduled. If your program is a winter term program, financial aid will disburse 10 days before the start of the spring term.

Tuition rates are approved by Miami University’s Board of Directors each summer for the following year. Therefore, once those costs are approved, this site will be updated with the next year’s figures. It is always best to visit the Bursar’s website for the most up-to-date rates.

Administrative fees are always non-refundable unless Miami cancels the program.

Fall/Spring Terms Workshop Tuition

Semester-Long Workshops

If you are participating in a semester-long study abroad/away workshop, you will be charged your current Miami Tuition Promise rate. In addition, the $175 non-refundable administrative fee will be assessed.

Graduate Level

Administrative Fees

  • $175—Travel programs, includes study away/study abroad programs. Non-refundable fee. (Added to bursar account when registered.)
  • $25—On-campus, online, and non-travel programs. Non-refundable fee. (Added to bursar account when registered.)
