The MUDEC team is here to support you throughout your Luxembourg journey. Whether you’re exploring the program, preparing to apply, or getting ready for your upcoming term abroad, we offer both quick drop-in support and scheduled advising appointments to help answer your questions.

MUDEC Drop-In Advising

During the semester, students can drop in without an appointment during one of our drop-in hours to meet with a MUDEC staff member. This is good for accepted or prospective students who have quick questions.

Tuesdays 2-3pm
Fridays 11-1pm

MUDEC Open Doors

Open Doors is a resource for admitted students to stop by and ask questions. These times vary by semester and are not publicly shared. Look at your semester-specific communications and materials to find Open Doors times.

Scholarships

There are several scholarships available. Internal nominations are done directly through your initial MUDEC program application. You can also explore external funding options!

Scholarship nominations are usually shared a few months before your term abroad. Cost estimates are available on this page and in the program brochure. You can also schedule an advising meeting to learn more.

All students are encouraged to speak with OneStop about their financial plan.
