Scholarships in the College of Creative Arts

When you apply to Miami, you are eligible for University-wide scholarships. Be sure to visit Financial Aid to fill out a FAFSA form. In addition the College of Creative Arts and all CCA departments have scholarship awards offered through the Office of Financial Assistance that are connected to the quality of your audition or portfolio.

College of Creative Arts Scholarships and Awards

Year of the Arts Scholarship - One-time award to one or more undergraduate students who demonstrate outstanding talent and/or academic merit within at least one department of the College of Creative Arts. This scholarship is primarily intended to be utilized for recruitment purposes but may be awarded to upperclass students as deemed appropriate by the Dean of the College of Creative Arts.

Fine Arts SFA Fund - Renewable scholarship awarded to one or more undergraduate students from historically underrepresented populations and who demonstrate outstanding talent and/or academic merit within at least one department of the College of Creative Arts.

WCAA Fine Arts Scholarship - One-time award on the basis of academic merit and financial need to one or more full-time entering undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Creative Arts.

Lillian Bratton Hermann and Wilbert A. Hermann Scholarship - Renewable scholarship awarded to one or more students in the College of Creative Arts. Artistic and/or musical ability and financial need are to be considered, with the two weighted equally.

Earl Reeder School of Fine Arts Scholarship - One-time award to one or more undergraduate students who demonstrate both academic merit and artistic talent within at least one department of the College of Creative Arts. This scholarship is primarily intended to be utilized for recruitment purposes, but may be awarded to upperclass students as deemed appropriate by the Dean of the College of Creative Arts.

Walter L. Gross, Jr. Family Presidential Scholarship - Awarded as a Presidential Scholarship to one or more students in the College of Creative Arts. The Scholarship is renewable provided the recipient maintains a 3.5 cumulative grade point average.
