Nataly Wickham
Biography
Nataly Wickham is the part-time Education Coordinator at the Art Museum. Nataly contributes to the implementation and design of educational programs which center around inclusive exhibitions and diverse collections to impact and grow audiences of Miami University and members of the local community in and around Oxford, including adult, school, youth, and family audiences. Nataly also works closely with our digital media team in the development of digital content for educational purposes. A classically trained opera singer, Nataly recently relocated to Cincinnati to be closer to family. Nataly spent two years in New York City working as the Learning and Engagement Manager at OPERA America. There, her portfolio focused around education and community engagement programming and collaboration with the immense network of opera educators and community engagement activists in the country. She has experience in nearly all sectors of nonprofit administration work and in addition to her background in community engagement and education, she is also an avid fundraiser and events manager.
She has an Artist Diploma in Opera Performance from New England Conservatory, a Masters in Opera from University of Texas, and Bachelors degrees in Vocal Performance and Early Childhood Education from University of Washington. Nataly possesses a deep-seated commitment to community engagement and education in the arts. She is a member of Association of Fundraising Professionals and a Board Member for Cincinnati Opera's Young Professionals Board. In her spare time, Nataly is a deputy chorister at Christ Church Cathedral.
