Supply Chain and Operations Management
Supply Chain and Operations Management
Supply Chain and Operations Management (SC&OM) involves managing the manufacturing and automation processes to produce goods and services, and then managing the flow of the goods and services among and between businesses and consumers. The SC&OM major combines courses in information systems, operations management, marketing, logistics, and sourcing. The integration of these disciplines allows students to understand the interaction among these areas and how these courses and their linkages enable a firm to produce and move goods and services in the most competitive manner. SC&OM students are taught by faculty who have won numerous teaching and research awards. Our SC&OM faculty is rated top 5 research productivity in non-PhD institutions and is rated in Gartner’s Top 25 list of Supply Chain and Operations Management programs in the US.
