This minor is available to any non-business major, with the exceptions of Engineering Management and B.S. in Commerce, and focuses on the management of human and non-human resources. It is designed for majors in the College of Arts and Science, the College of Education, Health, and Society, and the College of Engineering and Computing.

Open to non-business majors only
Not open to students in the Engineering Management major or B.S. in Commerce
You must have a 2.00 GPA for all courses in the minor
All minors require nine unique hours that are not used toward completion of other program requirements
Students in the minor are required to take MGT 291 and MGT 295 during the summer or winter terms
Students may not minor in both Management and Human Capital Management and Leadership
Some minor courses may be offered in Fall or Spring only, please consult with FSB advising for individualized planning
